Excellent location, near town center and supermarket. Secure parking. Welcoming and helpful staff, despite language barrier. Well-equipped and clean apartment. Peaceful surroundings with the pleasant sound of the nearby river.

Had an amazing Christmas stay in the Picos region! The warm welcome we received from the owners made us feel like family. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate using Google Translate. The location was a little tricky to find at first but only a 5-minute walk from the town center and a large supermarket. We loved the peacefulness of the surroundings, with only the sound of the river nearby. The secure private underground parking was a great advantage. The apartment had everything we needed, including great showers and a good drying area for our wet clothes.

The only downside was that the twin beds in the apartment weren't as comfortable as the rest of the place. They felt more like robust camp beds.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Las Vegas! The room was excellent value for money, with a spotless apartment equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short riverside walk to the town center and close to a supermarket and other shops. The staff, especially Pilar, were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more variety of breakfast options.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and a picturesque river nearby. We also enjoyed the use of the pool and the option to relax on the big terrace with its great views. The warm and friendly hosts made us feel welcome and added to our enjoyable experience. we highly recommend Casa Las Vegas for a fantastic stay in the beautiful Potes area.
